My awakening to spirituality began at an early age. I was always interested in understanding the "why?" of the things, which led me to a long search and the reading of hundreds of books. I was trying to understand the true value of life and how to reach a level of enlightenment. My most painful personal experiences led me to open my heart and understand human suffering. Studying psychology led me to be fascinated with all types of holistic therapies and spirituality. This is how I discovered QHHT and Reiki, in which I became certified, as well as becoming a spiritual coach.
My purpose in life is to help you awaken and work on self-love so you can have the life you desire and deserve.

Since I can remember, I have always felt sad, lonely, scared, afraid to succeed, and afraid of ending up alone. I also felt an anger that I couldn't explain. I couldn't talk about my father who died of cancer when I was 12 without feeling emotional and a need to cry. Also, my mother had to leave me when I was 5 years old to come to the United States and give us a better life. I was unhappy and couldn't see anyone else happy. I pushed my relationships away because I was afraid of committing and being abandoned. Jael has helped me find my way back to happiness, overcome all my fears, insecurities, and understand and forgive my parents for making decisions without giving me a reason. Jael walked me through step-by-step and made me feel comfortable to open myself to her so that I can get everything that was consuming me inside and destroying my health and life out into the open so that I could work through it and let it go. I am extremely grateful to have met Jael her guidance throughout the whole session was vital in the discovery of some repetitive behaviors across multiple lifetimes that were uncomfortable to revisit but helped me to realize I was unconsciously carrying forward experiences, attitudes, and relationship dynamics from prior lives into my current lifetime. After careful examination of my whole experience, I realized the purpose of my past lifetime, the lessons to be learned, and decisions that need to be made in my present life to heal myself.
